When space is needed a chef base is a huge bonus to have in your kitchen, store and hold your cold foods as needed in convenience by adding our chef base to your kitchen. This unit is a 36 inch two drawer efficiency monster. Easily holds equipment up to 730 pounds due to its hardy stainless steel construction.
Our units drawers can hold up to one full sized cambro and three 1/6 sized cambros. This unit allows you to keep your foods at safe temperatures due to the electronic temperature control.
This base features a durable 1 3/4″ stainless steel top that can hold up to 730 lb. Equipped with a marine edge, the unit’s top helps to contain drips and spills for easy cleanup.
The refrigeration system uses a 1/5 hp compressor and R-290 refrigerant to cool the cabinet. It requires a 115V electrical connection and uses electronic temperature controls to keep ingredients at safe temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
The cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel inside and out for added durability, and it has a matching aluminum back.
For greater ease of cleaning, the cabinet rests on (4) 4″ casters so that you can move it away from the wall.
Each drawer gasket is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

We're a Phoenix owned company. All warranty work is performed in-house. This is a benefit you can only get by buying local. Much of the equipment purchased out of state has a parts only warranty. If the equipment breaks, they mail you parts. We'd never do that. We have a team of technicians who work around the clock keeping Phoenix restaurants up and running. Should anything ever break under warranty, they would drop what they were doing and come right out to see you.
